This position is responsible for driving strategic financial and business performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitive insights, and financial data, providing actionable recommendations to support leadership decision-making and optimize business outcomes. Key responsibilities include overseeing budget management, financial forecasting, and performance tracking while delivering comprehensive business updates and competitive analysis to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from a four-year college or university; MBA a plus.
  • Have 5-10 years related experience with risk management and strategic planning experience necessary
  • Ability to work across departments to resolve urgent issues
  • Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • SAP or other ERP system experience is plus.

  • Experience in Consulting firm as an analyst is plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales team / SCM team to prepare weekly Channel Inventory / Inventory Aging trends and variances to identify areas of risk in weekly basis
  • Evaluate business performance information from a competitive standpoint and identify the areas of risk and support internal leadership meeting / external executive business meetings
  • Work closely with sales team to track and analyze market share trends, market analytics and key business updates
  • Identify market trends, business updates for competitors and industry, and provide competitive analysis / key business updates
  • Support and prepare organizational / leadership's evaluation goal setting and performance result tracking in monthly basis
  • Engage with sales teams in ongoing business update activities, and prepare Mobile business updates in weekly basis
  • Oversee and optimize budget management for the assigned department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead monthly and annual financial forecasting and closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze and monitor financial trends and expenditures to identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy by conducting in-depth variance analysis and implementing corrective measures.
  • Evaluate departmental expenses across different time frames to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strategically manage departmental budgets and assess project feasibility through ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
