The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitive insights, and financial data, providing actionable insights to assist leadership in decision-making and improving business outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing budget processes, financial forecasting, and performance tracking while preparing business updates and competitive analysis for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from a four-year college or university; MBA a plus.
  • Have 3-5+ years related experience with risk management and strategic planning experience necessary
  • Ability to work across departments to resolve urgent issues
  • Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • SAP or other ERP system experience is plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Consulting firm as an analyst is plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and SCM teams to prepare weekly channel inventory and inventory aging reports, identifying potential risks on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze business performance from a competitive perspective and highlight areas of risk to support internal leadership meetings and external business discussions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to monitor and analyze market share trends, market analytics, and key business updates.
  • Track market trends, competitor updates, and industry developments, providing competitive analysis and key business insights.
  • Assist in setting organizational and leadership evaluation goals and track performance results on a monthly basis.
  • Engage with sales teams in ongoing business updates and prepare weekly Mobile business updates.
  • Manage budget processes for the assigned department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support monthly and annual financial forecasting and closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor financial trends and expenditures to identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy by conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze departmental expenses across different time frames to support informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate departmental budgets and assess project feasibility through ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
