Starbucks Corporate FP&A is seeking a strategic and forward-looking Senior Finance Manager to elevate enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and governance. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a centralized thought leader on enterprise performance management, financial storytelling, and executive decision support, driving clarity, alignment, and insight across the organization. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s end-to-end General & Administrative (G&A) financial management strategy and outcomes. You will lead enterprise‑wide cost stewardship across reorganizations and cross-functional spending decisions - ensuring G&A investments are efficient and aligned to the company’s long‑term strategy. Through strong business partnership and data‑driven insight, you will help the organization make informed trade-offs and deploy resources where they matter most. In addition, you will help accelerate enterprise transformation by bringing modern planning, analytics, and automated insights into how we plan, evaluate scenarios, and support key decisions.
