About The Department: The Data & Analytics department sits within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and plays a critical role in enabling informed financial and strategic decision-making. The team partners closely with Finance, Information Technology, and business leaders to transform complex data into meaningful insights for diverse stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative, visible environment where professionals strengthen analytical capabilities, influence business outcomes, and grow at the intersection of finance, data, and technology. How You Will Add Value? Visualization & Communication: You will build and maintain advanced, interactive dashboards. You will partner with Information Technology and business teams on data requirements. You will communicate insights clearly to executive and nontechnical audiences. Analytical Modeling & Automation: You will develop and automate financial models. You will apply predictive analytics and machine learning techniques. You will use artificial intelligence tools to enhance forecasting. You will improve the efficiency of reporting and forecasting processes. What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role? Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis, or data analytics. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial statements, metrics, and forecasting. Experience with data preparation and transformation techniques. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI. Exposure to analytics tools including Python or Alteryx. Interest or experience with predictive analytics and artificial intelligence. Soft Skills: Ability to translate technical insights for nontechnical audiences. Collaborative approach with intellectual curiosity and adaptability. Requirements
