The Senior Finance Associate plays a vital role in developing financial strategies in a growing and dynamic environment. This position ensures that all of the School of Architecture’s financial planning, day-to-day management, and reporting adhere to University and Architecture’s policies, directly supporting the financial, operational, and strategic initiatives of the School's four degree programs (including three graduate degrees) and the international Rome Studies Program. The role involves the planning and day-to-day management of the School’s combined annual budget of $20+ million, spanning both the main and Rome campuses. This budget is funded by unrestricted University funds, endowment and expendable gifts, and external grants. The Senior Finance Associate serves as a financial subject matter expert, working closely with the School’s Director of Finance & Operations to develop policies and guidelines. This position requires a collaborative approach, providing school-wide support, including training, and effective communication of complex financial data to diverse audiences. The Associate is expected to implement or create tools to ensure financial information is accurate and readily available for School leadership's strategic and tactical decisions.
