The Job: As a Senior Finance Analyst, NA FP&A, you’ll be part of our North America FP&A team working as a hybrid employee.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related job field and 2-4 years of experience
  • Excellent analytical, time-management, and project management skills with ability to support multiple projects
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Passionate About FP&A Function with a Results Oriented Mindset
  • Ability To Quickly and Effectively Summarize Complex Information To Tell A Story

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Commercial Finance, Channel Marketing, and Operations Team to Drive Ad-Hoc Reporting Requests for NA Finance Leadership to Assist in Better Interpreting Results and Drivers
  • Own Full Cycle Accounts Receivable FP&A Including Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analyses & Performance Reviews with Finance Leadership
  • Partner With Product Teams to Drive Cross Functional Visibility and Accountability to New Product Development Execution
  • Partner With Pricing COE & Commercial Leadership to Ensure Strategic Pricing Execution
  • Assist with Quarterly Forecast Cycle, Annual Operating Plan, and Strategic Plan Process
  • Support Monthly Business Reviews With Global Leadership Team by Ensuring Timely Preparation Of Content From Our Partners, Preparing Supplemental Financial Slides, & Supporting Ad Hoc Content Requests
  • Responsible For Monthly and Quarterly Closing Including Executive Reporting, Trend and Variance Analysis, Establishing KPIs and Performance Monitoring for NA Leadership Team and Group FP&A
  • Embrace and Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement Mindset to Bring Forward Insights and Ideas to Drive Scale Across Both the NA FP&A Team as Well As the T&O Commercial Global FP&A COE
