Requirements

Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Cat Electronic Technician (ET) and mechanical test equipment.
Strong problem ‑ solving skills and ability to work independently.
One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Caterpillar® equipment and related machines.
Use specialized tools and diagnostic software to complete quality repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime for customers.
Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and inspection documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers and service teams about equipment issues and repair plans.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at every job site.
Continually developing skills through training and hands ‑ on experience
Delivers exceptional customer service while solving mechanical challenges on site
