You’ll work independently from a fully equipped service truck and apply your mechanical skills to ensure equipment’s up-to-date and customer satisfaction. Use specialized tools and diagnostic software to complete quality repairs. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime for customers. Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and inspection documentation. Communicate professionally with customers and service teams about equipment issues and repair plans. Requirements
