As a Senior Field Service Professional – Fire Systems for our Service team, you will be tasked with respond and resolve complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material, and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers will have various products installed that fall into fire systems category as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency. You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor in Morrisville, NC. You will follow a Monday through Friday 8-hour per day schedule and home every night. You may be assigned to customers in various locations in the Eastern Region of North Carolina including but not limited to Greenville, Raleigh, Wilson, Greensboro, Mount Holly, and Burlington. You will be on a rotating on-call support schedule once week every 5 weeks out of Honeywell's Raleigh, NC office. You will be assigned a service vehicle and a fleet card for fuel, maintenance and repairs for business use.
