Senior Field Service Coordinator

Requirements
- 3–5+ years in operations, project coordination, or field service support
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
- Excellent communication skills (you’re clear, responsive, and confident)
- A problem-solver mindset—you figure things out and take ownership
- High energy, strong work ethic, and a “get it done right” mentality
Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Coordinate multiple field crews, ensuring jobs are properly supported and executed
- Manage job documentation including timesheets, service reports, POs, and job costing
- Order and track materials (including urgent/overnight shipments when needed)
- Maintain compliance records (licenses, certifications, insurance, COIs)
- Support technician readiness—ensuring crews have what they need before hitting the field
- Track and manage company assets (vehicles, maintenance, registrations)
- Utilize QuickBooks Online + Excel to track job costs and operational data
- Deliver a high level of customer communication and service
