About The Position

The Field Service Coordinator supports scheduling between OxBlue clients and third-party service providers for product delivery and installation. This role coordinates across internal teams, installation partners, and clients to ensure services are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of professionalism. The Field Service Coordinator acts as the point person for multiple teams and for different client operations, able to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Those successful in this position are self-starters who understand the agile nature of scheduling across companies and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Field Service Coordinator or similar role
  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing position
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • A service-oriented mindset with a focus on client experience
  • Ability to collaborate across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with installation vendors or field service teams
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban boards)
  • Experience with quoting, invoicing, or operational coordination
  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Client Support Managers and Account Executives to define project scope and site requirements
  • Communicate project scope, timelines, and expectations to installation partners
  • Own client communication throughout project execution and handoff
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Identify risks and recommend solutions to prevent delays or issues
  • Track and maintain project updates in Jira (or equivalent system)
  • Schedule installations and ensure successful execution through completion
  • Ensure equipment shipments are accurate and received on time
  • Generate quotes and invoices; coordinate with Accounting for processing
  • Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams and partners
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates
  • Identify and support process improvements
