About The Position

You will own Exa’s highest impact in person programs across the year. This includes multi city roadshows, executive dinners, curated hosted experiences, and select third party conferences. You will partner directly with Sales to drive net new pipeline and accelerate revenue through thoughtful, high quality programs. This is a revenue role. You are responsible for measurable pipeline outcomes, not just registrations or impressions. You thrive in highly cross functional environments and know how to turn a blank page into a repeatable, high ROI program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing or event marketing experience
  • Proven experience building roadshows or multi city programs from scratch
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline outcomes in partnership with Sales
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex plans into actionable briefs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or technical audiences is strongly preferred.
