PAE is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Field Engineer to join our team as a Construction Administrator supporting multiple active and upcoming projects in central Pennsylvania. This remote role will require regular site visits in Central Pennsylvania and close coordination with project teams to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Candidates will be required to reside within driving distance of the site location in Columbia County, PA. Be part of a high-impact initiative supporting multiple construction projects. Work remotely with flexible scheduling and travel. Collaborate with a passionate and skilled engineering team. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in the building industry.
• Proven experience in construction administration , site inspections , and client-facing roles .
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in field environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent credential preferred.
• Experience with commissioning processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Construction Admin for multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve field challenges.
• Provide mechanical and electrical field expertise, including commissioning support.
• Make sound engineering decisions in real-time based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all site activities.
• Participate in client consultations and represent the engineering team professionally.
