About The Position

As Canva continues to scale, Enablement is becoming an increasingly critical engine powering the success of our GTM teams. Regional Field Enablement Managers serve as strategic partners who activate core programs within their assigned regions. You will be the Sr. Field Enablement Manager for an assigned regional Sales organization, acting as the connective tissue between global Enablement strategy and frontline execution. You’ll drive alignment with regional Sales and Sales Manager priorities, build a predictable enablement rhythm and ensure regional teams are equipped, confident, and ready to win. This role is ideal for a seasoned enablement professional who is equal parts strategic partner, coach, program manager, facilitator, and regional advocate who can influence decisions, balance competing priorities and maintain alignment to broader strategies while supporting regional needs. At the moment, this role is focused on: Regional Strategic Partnering Build trusted relationships with assigned region Sales Leaders and Sales Managers, including partnership in regional QBRs. Translate regional go-to-market priorities into clear, focused regional enablement plans. Maintain alignment with Canva’s core selling frameworks, methodologies, and revenue motions. Cadence, Planning & Execution Own the regional enablement calendar, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly Enablement rhythms. Ensure consistent activation and training of global programs (onboarding, training, coaching) within your assigned region. Adapt global playbooks and assets to regional nuances while maintaining scale and standardization. Quickly execute regional training requests when new initiatives emerge with short runways. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with central Enablement teams and cross functional partners. Work as “one team” to deliver consistent, high-quality enablement experiences globally. Operations, Measurement & Insights Gather and elevate field insights to inform regional needs and influence global priorities. Apply standard measurement frameworks to capture signals and communicate program effectiveness. Alignment, Prioritization & Governance Ensure regional teams stay connected to global standards while adapting thoughtfully to local needs. Prioritizing rigorously.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Sales/GTM roles in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • You've demonstrated a proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and partnering with Sales leadership.
  • You are fluent in modern sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDICC, Value Selling, etc.).
  • You have exceptional facilitation, communication, and storytelling abilities - both virtually and in-person.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and adapt flexibly in high-growth environments.
  • You love being embedded with Sales teams - their wins are your wins.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and always two steps ahead.
  • You balance regional nuance with global consistency and scale.
  • You enjoy building systems, structure, and predictability.
