Working at the intersection of product development, customer success, and technology innovation, you'll enable customers to integrate our advanced microscopy and analytical solutions into their workflows. You'll develop and implement applications, provide training, and ensure customers maximize the value of our technology while solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline with 8+ years of experience with electron microscopy techniques (SEM, FIB/SEM, TEM) and related workflows OR Advanced Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Expert understanding of semiconductor processing, device physics, and failure analysis techniques
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing technical solutions
• Experience training and mentoring users on complex instrumentation
• Familiarity with laboratory operations and quality control procedures
• Proficiency with relevant software platforms and data management systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automation, scripting, or programming (Python, C#, MATLAB)
• Experience with data analysis, process optimization, and workflow development

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical expertise to semiconductor and life sciences customers using electron microscopy and analytical solutions
• Develop, implement, and optimize applications to support customer workflows
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, building strong customer relationships
• Support new product introductions and evolving customer technologies
• Deliver customer training on complex instrumentation and applications
• Collaborate with product development and commercial teams to drive customer success
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions
• Support data analysis, process optimization, and workflow development
