Senior FBO Account Executive (Business Aviation) Location: San Diego, CA (Remote – managing CA/HI portfolio for bulk fuel) Join World Fuel and help power the future of Business Aviation. We’re looking for a dynamic Sr. FBO Account Executive to lead our California and Hawaii portfolio, driving growth and delivering exceptional value to our customers in the bulk fuel and aviation sectors. Compensation: $100k - $110k salary plus bonuses

Requirements

  • 8–10 years in bulk fuel, aviation fuel supply, or business aviation sales with direct customer-facing responsibility.
  • Deep understanding of aviation fuel supply chain fundamentals, index-based pricing, terminal sourcing, haul logistics, and competitive positioning.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to coach and guide teams with a positive, constructive approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with AI tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions for customer visits, trade shows, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business aviation customers across CA and HI.
  • Lead competitive negotiations, pricing strategies, and account development to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate complex supply chain and pricing dynamics into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal sales teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent World Fuel at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
