About the Role: The Senior Facility Procurement Manager leads supply related activities for the facility to deliver excellence and integration between procurement and the team supporting facility. This is a global role with sourcing responsibility for the Eastern and Western hemisphere with an acute focus on supply resiliency and total landed cost in a dynamic environment. Strategic sourcing decisions and execution are critically important to enabling the success of the business. Requirements

Responsibilities

Leads the execution of delivering a lean, responsive, and resilient material and services flow for the facility from source to dock and additional required points.
Leads the strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for all indirect (non-production goods and services) spend categories to optimize cost, quality, and operational performance.
Oversees a team that is responsible for operating and monitoring the supply network procurement functions to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets enabling optimal and efficient facility operations.
Ensures the supplier network is capable of meeting the specific facilities’ Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, Management (QCLDM) requirements.
Responsible for supplier quality leading a team of supplier development engineers that will perform PPAPs and initiate supplier corrective actions for defects.
Collaborates with business partners and suppliers and resolving facility specific supplier issues.
Support NPI / NTI programs through identification and development of sources of supply.
