About The Position

As a Senior Facility Operations Manager, you will support the Director of Capital Infrastructure Project Management to assist with problem-solving and enhancing department resources and systems that enable high quality client services. You will serve as a resource to the District Manager, Board of Directors, Developer, and constituents for issues related to operations and maintenance of district-owned assets. The position requires strong analytical, communications, organizational, and presentations skills, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that is ready to lead Facility Operations Management.

Requirements

  • 3 years of progressively responsible hands-on experience in property/facilities and project management
  • Bachelor's in project and/or landscape management
  • Strong Excel and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational ability

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Colorado's Title 32 special districts
  • Working knowledge of city and state government processes as it relates to Inter-Governmental/Constituent Relations

Responsibilities

  • Performs quality control of work products, ensuring client service consistency by applying established policies, procedures, and systems across the department
  • Takes lead on new client onboarding and transition to assigned Facility Operations Manager
  • Assist in potential and new client meetings and recruitment as well as fulfilling client service needs when additional support is required.
  • Delegates and assigns work to Facility Operations Manage(s)
  • Coaching, training, and developing department team members
  • Reviewing work product for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Collect, review, and organize documentation for district approvals
  • Coordinate with engineers, attorneys, and internal teams
  • Prepare capital asset summaries and board-ready materials
  • Administer, analyze, track, and prepare reports detailing O&M budget and present status to the district board of directors in public board meetings.
  • Validate invoices and assist with the inter-departmental payables process.
