Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently on moderate to complex projects
• Experience with budget and project management preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages space distribution and supports the governance process
• Coordinates moves, adds, and changes
• Implements cost controls for maintaining buildings, equipment, and furnishings
• Oversees contractors for outsourced services
• Supports projects and implements space governance decisions
• Serves as Service Marketplace expert for facility related services
• Prepares reports on operational and budget performance
• Provides administrative oversight of third party relationships
