The Sr Facilities Operations Manager will have the opportunity to be a part of the team shaping the IFM operational model being implemented on a first-generation outsourcing account. This position will be responsible for providing support for account the Facilities Management teams through oversite of multiple operational and back-office support functions. They will manage and coordinate work duties and take a hands-on role in development and oversite of the internal Assistant Facilities Management team supporting the account. They will work with the Operations Director in identifying, developing, and implementing new and existing best practices for all aspects of the IFM organization.
