The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Sugar Mountain’s physical infrastructure. This role leads facilities operations across commercial, retail, restaurant, and private properties, ensuring reliable building systems, food-safe environments, and a high standard of service for internal teams. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys owning facilities operations end to end while building strong systems, teams, and vendor partnerships in a fast-paced, real-world operating environment.
