About The Position

Handyman to have (6) plus years health care related construction experience with significant skills in the following: Finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/ maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), Acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/ hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation. Must be able to execute a wide and scale of construction projects. Must have a commitment to quality work, neat and organized, accomplished efficiently and quickly. Ability to deal with a wide variety of daily tasks often under deadline. Comfortable in our communities. Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed.
