ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: The Senior Facilities Analyst supports the day-to-day operations, planning, and administration of assigned facilities to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and high-performing workplace environments. This role works closely with the Facilities leadership team to coordinate building operations, vendor services, maintenance programs, and workplace initiatives that support business continuity and employee experience. The position partners with internal stakeholders and external service providers to help ensure facilities operate effectively through proactive maintenance, operational coordination, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of workplace services. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: • Support the daily operations of assigned facilities, helping ensure building systems, workplace services, and operational programs function efficiently and safely. • Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of facility operating policies, procedures, and operational standards. • Coordinate with Security, IT, Engineering, and other internal teams to support workplace operations, infrastructure needs, and continuity of operations. • Oversee vendor service delivery by coordinating maintenance activities, tracking work orders, monitoring service levels, and supporting contract compliance. • Support preventive maintenance programs and help coordinate facility repairs, upgrades, and capital improvement projects from planning through completion. • Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify operational issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. • Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, vendor services, budgets, leases, contracts, and asset or inventory management. • Assist with facilities reporting, operational metrics, and budget tracking to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support cross-functional projects and workplace initiatives that improve facility performance, employee experience, and operational efficiency. • Partner with Facilities leadership on planning, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
