About The Position

Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director. Responsibilities could include: General Maintenance; General Housekeeping; General Grounds Care; or Assist where needed within Facilities Services.

Requirements

• According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
• High School diploma
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team member on detailed day-to-day tasks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director.
• Responsibilities could include: General Maintenance

• Assist where needed within Facilities Services
• Adhere to any safety regulations and standards spelled out in the IWU safety policy
• Comply with any processes and procedures established by Facilities management and or Indiana Wesleyan University administration.
• May be required to work overtime as directed by supervision
