The Opportunity As a Senior Experience Research Consultant at UserTesting, you’ll help some of the world’s leading brands build customer empathy and make smarter, experience-led decisions. You’ll act as a strategic research partner—guiding organizations as they scale their research practices, operationalize insights, and embed continuous discovery into how they build products and services. This is a high-impact, consultative role where you’ll lead complex research initiatives, mentor other consultants, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.
