The Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible for developing a professional rapport with hiring managers and stakeholders to evaluate hiring needs. The Senior Executive Recruiter will develop executive candidate pipelines for high demand positions in a proactive recruitment strategy.

Requirements

  • Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
  • Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
  • Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
  • Communicating for Impact: Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations.
  • Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Responsibilities

  • Engages with senior leaders and HR to understand the business talent needs, challenges and priorities in order to build proactive sourcing and go-to-market strategies for identifying and attracting top executive talent.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the business areas and the skills which are in demand.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Beamery and other channels to generate new leads, and nurture existing leads within the United States and EMEA.
  • Demonstrated advanced technical sourcing methodologies.
  • Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity and build brand advocacy for the Caterpillar brand.
  • Provide continuous feedback to Hiring Managers and Leaders on sourcing and recruiting activity, outreach, challenges and overall insights on the external market conditions.
  • Ability to translate challenges into creative solutions to overcome roadblocks.
  • Ability to utilize talent market insights tools to uncover in depth to help inform the recruitment strategy and educate hiring leaders.
