Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources preferred, SPHR/PHR preferred.
- Seven + years previous work experience in recruitment with proven track record
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in healthcare, skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Secure the right leadership talent to fulfill Genesis' organizational goals and objectives in an assigned specific geographic area/business line.
- Conduct full life cycle recruitment for leadership positions
- Serve as a strategic partner to ensure client needs are met including attendance at client update meetings
- Manage the candidate experience and sourcing and advertising activities for assigned requisitions.
