Working with internal and external partners, event planners improve a positive associate and customer experience. The Senior Executive Event Planning Professional, partners closely with the Director, Event Planning, to manage all details of executive events. This role is a highly visible position and manages all aspects of executive events, from initial planning and concept development to execution, ensuring the event runs smoothly, meets objectives, advances enterprise strategy, and stays within budget. The Senior Executive Event Planning Professional develops and coordinates lines of communication outside the organization. The Senior Corporate Communications Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Executive Event Planning Professional implements policies and programs to enhance corporate reputation and brand among external audiences such as news media, consumers, influential experts, health care providers, employers and others. Begin to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.
