POSITION SUMMARY Focus on planning and activating impactful experiences to serve RP’s target audiences, including internal and external radiologists, referring physicians, hospital leadership teams, internal support teams, and RP-affiliated practices Delivers innovative solutions to achieve event goals within budget, managing end-to-end logistics, including relationships with stakeholders, hotels, venues, vendors, and sponsors. Manages the on-site execution of the event, including supervising event staff and vendors, acting as the main point of contact for the hotel, sponsors, and attendees. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
  • 10+ years of event planning experience in a national or international corporate setting
  • Demonstrates calm and logical problem-solving skills in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and adjust to business needs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
