About The Position

YOU WILL - Act as a key representative of the company by attracting new and expanding existing client relationships. - Forging new client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, events and networking, and tracking leads through the sales funnel - Growing revenue and meet targets in all categories of recruitment services - Partner with the recruitment and solutions teams to effectively implement recruitment campaigns - Follow up on leads, and prepare and organize sales collateral, and work through Salesforce - Involvement in the proposal process and developing and pitching proposals - Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates REQUIREMENTS - 3-5 years of sales experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or professional services - Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Proficiency in SharePoint - Salesforce experience is a plus - High energy level, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and projects at one time - Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented - Strong follow-up skills - Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university - Competitive history (sports background, proven top salesperson track record) - An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win Welcome to the Wilson Careers page! Requirements
