About The Position

The Senior Executive Catering Manager at Morgan Stanley flagship is responsible for driving daily performance across executive dining and client events. This role ensures that standards are not only set—but consistently met—through strong leadership, disciplined execution, and continuous coaching. This position is for seasoned hospitality leaders who take pride in precision, accountability, and results.

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent fine dining experience
  • 5+ years of upscale fine dining experience, with at least 2 years of management experience
  • Ability to hire, develop, train, and coach hourly associates
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and current service standards

Responsibilities

  • Drive service performance across all executive dining and client events
  • Lead Executive Catering Managers and Service Captains
  • Own execution quality, pacing, and consistency across shifts
  • Review and manage complex BEOs, staffing plans, and service flow
  • Identify performance gaps and correct them in real time
  • Coach teams to elevate professionalism, presence, and judgment
  • Act as the operational lead during high-visibility, high-stakes events
  • Serve as acting leader in the absence of the Executive Director
  • Protect the guest experience through disciplined execution
