This is a senior role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while supporting other executives and family stakeholders. This position is responsible for coordinating business, financial, and governance activities across multiple entities, including property management, finance, compliance, hospitality, executive events, and other special projects. This role supports the CEO and other executives in managing schedules, coordinating activities/meetings, coordinating travel along with itineraries, assisting with communications, and other administrative duties as needed. The person in this position will have 7+ years of related experience and need to be very organized, possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have a welcoming demeanor along with a calming disposition, able to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, possess solid financial acumen, comfortable and adept with MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), easily adapt to change, and able to work with others. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred. This position is on-site and does include some limited travel.
