Lilly is making transformational investment Purpose: This Senior Executive Assistant role supports Group Vice President and CEO, LillyDirect. The purpose of the Senior Executive Assistant role is to provide communication, scheduling, office management, and other supportive duties for the business partner. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least 5 years previous experience at the senior administrative assistant level, preferably working with and supporting a global organization with exposure to high level, senior executives, and members of management.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1.
