Requirements

Minimum 5 years supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, global environment
Exceptional organization paired with an execution mindset and bias for action
Sound judgment, absolute integrity, and proven discretion with sensitive information
Strong communication, anticipation, and problem-solving capabilities
Curiosity and comfort with modern productivity tools, including practical use of AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and comfort learning new systems quickly
Ability to operate independently, prioritize confidently, and move work forward without constant direction
Ability to drive swift execution of critical tasks without sacrificing quality or precision
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse personalities, cultures, and seniority levels
A humble, can-do attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed to help the team win

Responsibilities

Lead complex calendar strategy, balancing competing priorities and protecting focus time while proactively anticipating and resolving conflicts
Keep the CEO fully prepared and informed through tight coordination, briefings, and cross-team alignment for internal and external commitments
Orchestrate high-impact internal and external engagements, including leadership offsites, board-related activities, executive dinners, and company culture events
Provide in-person executive support during office days and events, ensuring time discipline and thorough preparation for onsite meetings and events
Coordinate CEO participation in conferences and major events in partnership with Revenue, Customer, and Marketing teams
Create and oversee the Executive Team's annual budget and manage any related team procurement responsibilities
Oversee CEO travel logistics and expenses, including all travel planning (including visas, accommodation, and flight bookings), as well as management of direct report expense approvals
Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to ensure seamless communication and alignment across strategic initiatives
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and primary point of contact, representing the CEO and Pricefx with warmth, professionalism, and complete discretion
