Requirements

  • 10+ years of client or customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client needs with professionalism
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple client situations at once
  • Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Successful completion of an FBI background check
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and prepare emails, documents, and communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain highly accurate and comprehensive records
  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize urgent matters
  • Organize meetings, send reminders, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication
  • Answer calls professionally and handle inquiries with diplomacy
  • Perform financial asset movements for clients with precision and confidentiality
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
  • Address client needs tactfully and professionally
  • Support financial advisors and team members with client-related tasks
