What Administration contributes to Cardinal Health Business & Administrative Support is responsible for assisting general business operations by providing an array of administrative and data support activities. Administration is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of their assigned work team. May assist executives in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Uses company software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance workflow. Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues. Job Summary This role reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Cardinal Health. The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Chief Information Officer in their day-to-day office activities. This job manages scheduling and makes travel arrangements for related leaders. The Senior Executive Assistant, Administration maintains a strong understanding of all relevant Cardinal Health operations and frequently represents the company/senior leaders internally and externally through written and verbal communications. This job frequently handles confidential information and personal matters which requires the use of discretion and judgement in all interactions. The Senior Executive Assistant, Administration anticipates the needs of senior leaders and is capable of managing multiple tasks at time.
