Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Must have 2+ years of Prior Relevant experience in direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, work schedules, labor standards, rules and regulations (OSHA), and general operational functions as part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment.
  • Responsible for leading employee engagement of the EVS team, through coaching, training, recognition, and development.
  • Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within EVS operations, consistent with company service standards.
  • Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and coach EVS team to optimize departmental operations.
  • Provides input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, standards, technology and processes to ensure competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the complex hospitality and gaming environment.
  • Responsible for leading significant improvement initiatives and processes to enhance performance for employees and leaders in the department.
