The Senior Event Program Manager (SEPM) is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of events of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in event marketing and demonstrated expertise in managing events from concept development through execution and post-event reconciliation, including budget closeout. Events may include marketing activations, nonprofit galas, concerts, parades, and other large-scale productions. The SEPM leads high-profile client events, oversees internal teams, and serves as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment with client objectives, brand standards, and operational excellence.
