About The Position

As the Finance Director, ERP, you will lead and oversee our ERP project from a financial perspective. You will be responsible for ensuring that our new ERP system aligns with our financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role with expertise in financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with financial processes.
• Exceptional project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in change management and training.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• ERP Implementation experience

Nice To Haves

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP Implementation for Lancer World Wide.
• Ensure ERP Implementation is JSOX compliant and provide expertise in compliance, internal control and regulatory compliance.
• Regional ERP Alignment to ensure efficient and optimized processes.
• Collaborate with Change Management Team to develop/deliver training programs for ERP system
• Assist ERP process owners to create KPIs to monitor company’s overall efficiency.
