About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with deep ERP knowledge (Workday preferred), proven change management skills, and strong project leadership to guide a major platform transition and ensure its long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full ERP implementation lifecycle—from design and testing to go-live and stabilization. Develop and execute change management strategies to foster user adoption, effective communication, and comprehensive training. Partner with stakeholders to align expectations and prepare business processes for transformation. Act as the primary liaison between implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams. Manage integrations between the ERP platform and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with IT to maintain data integrity, system performance, and security. Maintain a roadmap for future enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements. Work closely with leaders across all functional areas to align operational and reporting needs. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. Diagnose recurring issues and recommend practical solutions. Communicate effectively with diverse user groups across the organization.

Requirements

  • Workday
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience managing ERP or large-scale technology projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Expertise in leading change management and adoption initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
