This includes working closely with other ergonomists who work in the field and who are integrated with our industrial design and engineering teams. This role requires innovation, willingness to think outside of the traditional paradigm, and exceling at devising practical solutions to prevent MSDs. This role requires travel up to 40% of time. As Sr. Ergonomist, you will manage MSD risk in the NA Customer Fulfillment and Transportation organization. Delivering standard and unique changes to the current operations network targeting MSD risk, while driving risk reduction through network changes. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risk factors through partnership and innovative design changes to physical systems and processes within the existing fulfillment and transportation networks. You will foster collaboration and communication among team members, BU leaders, stakeholders, and deployment partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles. Continuously improve human centric processes for optimized performance and associate experience based on lessons learned and feedback from network partners. You will work with experts across the ergonomics domain to cultivate a culture of innovation, adaptability, and accountability within the team to tackle challenges and seize opportunities effectively. Uphold ethical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in all project activities, prioritizing the well-being of our associates.
