About The Position

Pharmaron is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Senior Equipment and Materials Coordinator to join our team at Pharmaron's Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) site in Exton, PA. This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the smooth receipt, handling, and disposal of materials, and maintaining laboratory equipment in optimal working condition. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive mindset to support a dynamic, client-focused, cross-functional CGT environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in equipment and materials coordination (essential)
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Accurate and legible data recording
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to learn new techniques and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Watson LIMS, FreezerWorks, or similar sample management software (desirable)
  • Experience with Blue Mountain Asset Management or equivalent software (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Receive GMP-grade reagents and consumables into associated Raw Material Programs/Systems
  • Log and track client samples and reference standards in coordination with shipping and materials teams
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and reagents
  • Conduct quarterly inventory counts of raw materials and reference standards
  • Schedule and manage preventative maintenance and calibration activities with vendors and internal teams
  • Ensure lifecycle asset maintenance for critical equipment
  • Label and log new equipment; maintain equipment status and documentation
  • Manage equipment history files and ensure proper documentation of all work performed
  • Maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support resolution to meet customer requirements
  • Participate in client and regulatory inspections as needed
  • Maintain equipment records in Blue Mountain and ensure timely resolution of repair tickets
  • Occasionally support evening and weekend operations as required
