We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Equipment & Materials Coordinator to support project execution across a portfolio of active construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate equipment, materials, compliance, and administrative processes to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and fully supported. As the Equipment & Materials Coordinator, you will work closely with Operations, Project Managers, Accounting, vendors, and our field teams to manage supplier accounts, invoicing, submittals, equipment readiness, and regulatory requirements. You’ll play a key role in cost control, long-lead material coordination, and project closeout support.
