Building on our past. Ready for the future. Worley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts. We partner with customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets. We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now. Worley is seeking an experienced Environmental Field Team Manager to provide senior, on‑site environmental leadership supporting construction for an approximately 800‑mile, FERC‑regulated natural gas pipeline executed across four concurrent construction spreads over a multi‑year period. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, defensible, and audit‑ready implementation of all applicable FERC Certificate conditions, federal and state permits, and project‑specific environmental plans throughout construction. This position serves as the primary on‑site environmental interface between Worley, EPCm construction teams, the Owner, and regulatory agencies, helping to integrate environmental controls into daily field execution and reduce project risk. This is full-time project, specific position (4-year Duration), based in Anchorage, Alaska with frequent travel to active construction spreads and remote field camps.
