Job Summary: Caterpillar’s Electrification & Energy Solutions Division has an open opportunity as a Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager – Electrification. The Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will lead and leverage a team to execute the Enterprise strategic roadmap for these functions including safety culture, environmental compliance, auditing, education, and change management to deliver on divisional objectives for conformance to corporate procedures, continuous improvement, and achieving strategic initiatives. Your contributions will help further accelerate the development and delivery of services and solutions to help our customers achieve their climate-related goals by using human and organizational principles to drive ownership of safety, health, and environmental impacts, with a focus on engagement, learning from events, and problem solving, with particular emphasis on the unique hazards of electrification technologies such as high-voltage electrical systems, lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells, and energy storage solutions.
