We are looking for someone who thrives on setting enterprise clients up for success to join our rocketship of a team at DoorDash for Business. As a Sr. Enterprise Onboarding Partner, you will own the launch experience for our largest, most strategic clients — Fortune 1000 companies — within the broader DoorDash for Business portfolio. You will be the strategic architect behind how these complex, high-stakes accounts come to life on our platform, building bespoke launch plans tailored to each client's unique organizational structure, driving buy-in at every level of the enterprise while minimizing time-to-value and eliminating barriers to launch. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative problem-solver with exceptional executive presence, deep business acumen, and the technical fluency to navigate sophisticated SaaS integrations with confidence. This is a true enterprise strategy and customer success role. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations for DoorDash for Business Client Success, you will work in close partnership with Sales, Implementation, and Strategy & Operations to deliver world-class launches that set the foundation for long-term client success and product adoption.
