Supports ERIE’s Business Agility transformation, which is focused on implementing efforts to enable the ability to respond to change, learn and pivot, and deliver at speed in a competitive market. Collaborates across disciplines in design, lean, agile, lean portfolio management, and six sigma/continuous improvement to create a maturity and evolution plan to support Erie’s employees toward confidently delivering value to our Enterprise outcomes. The hiring manager will consider candidates for Enterprise Agility Coach, Sr Enterprise Agility Coach and Lead Enterprise Agility Coach. Number of years and scope of experience will be used to determine the level. There are multiple positions available. As a Enterprise Agility Coach, you'll partner with product teams and programs across the organization to build agile practices and mindset, mature product management practices, mature technical practices to increase continuous deployment, and guide teams toward outcome-driven ways of working. You'll coach teams through transformation -- meeting them where they are on their journey and guide them toward stable, high-performing teams with a continuous improvement mindset. You'll partner across disciplines in Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and Continuous Improvement to build maturity and create measurable business outcomes.
