We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the technical delivery of complex, enterprise-scale implementations of our core SaaS platform. This is a delivery-focused engineering leadership role responsible for ensuring customer-facing solutions are successfully designed, integrated, deployed, and transitioned into long-term operational support. This role sits within the Engineering organization and partners closely with Product, Core Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer teams. You will be accountable for execution excellence—turning a robust SaaS platform into reliable, customer-specific solutions at scale. Location : Dunwoody, GA – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

- Cloud & DevOps : Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
- Monitoring & Quality : SonarQube, Postman, Testim, Azure Monitor, Power BI
- AI & Automation : GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, internal AI agents
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Implementation & Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery for complex customer implementations, from planning through go-live and handoff
- Lead technical planning, dependency management, and risk assessment across multi-workstream deployments
- Ensure readiness across environments, integrations, testing, and operational support
- Drive high-quality UAT, cutover planning, and post–go-live stabilization
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical delivery risks and execution issues
- Custom Engineering & Technical Oversight
- Guide architecture and technical approach for customer-specific implementations
- Evaluate technical designs, integration strategies, and customization tradeoffs for scalability and maintainability
- Maintain hands-on technical credibility, with the ability to dive deep when required
- Partner closely with Product, Core Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer teams to ensure delivery alignment
- Team Leadership & Global Execution
- Lead and scale a delivery model made up of engineering team leads and their teams
- Coach and develop engineering leaders accountable for execution quality and outcomes
- Establish consistent delivery standards, execution discipline, and accountability across regions
- Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Own delivery communication with internal leadership and cross-functional partners
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans before customer or timeline impact
- Balance customer needs with platform integrity and long-term product strategy
- Engineering Environment & AI-Augmented Delivery
- Champion modern, AI-assisted development and delivery practices
- Leverage AI tools to generate test cases, benchmarks, productivity insights, and delivery-health reporting
