This role is central to Headway's mission, focusing on empowering providers with an easy-to-use platform to manage their practice with ease, confidence, and compliance. This includes saving providers time, simplifying documentation, and ensuring compliance. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow engineering pods responsible for core provider experiences through people development, strategic planning, and technical guidance. You will play a leading role in defining what and how these teams build, how they operate and support, and ultimately drive best-in-class user experiences that significantly impact the company's ability to execute and meet the demands of a high-growth startup. This leadership position directly supports provider satisfaction and patient access by enabling providers to focus more on care and less on administrative tasks.
