Requirements

• Hold a Ph.D. in a relevant technical field with 1+ years of post‑graduate industry experience.
• Apply deep understanding of AI/ML technologies including transformers, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Design and implement distributed systems, microservices, and API architectures at scale.
• Lead distributed technical teams across multiple time zones with proven delivery success.
• Integrate AI capabilities into product ecosystems such as recommendation engines, search, or workflow automation.
• Understand marketplace dynamics including partner integration, API ecosystems, and monetization models.
• Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English to enable bilingual collaboration.
• Utilize hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), or marketplace platforms.

• Leading cross-functional engineering teams to design, build, and scale marketplace services that support millions of transactions.
• Defining technical strategy for AI-driven marketplace innovation, integrating intelligent agents, automation, and protocol infrastructure.
• Architecting distributed systems leveraging LLM APIs, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks to deliver personalized experiences.
• Partnering with product, design, and platform teams to translate marketplace requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Fostering a culture of technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
• Driving adoption of AI agent technologies, including conversational, retrieval augment and workflow automation models.
